MAYOR JUN H.CHOI of Edison - Honorary Chairman of the Club

Edison Township Mayor Jun H. Choi is focused on rebuilding public trust, fiscal responsibility, education, economic development, and bringing together the diverse and dynamic communities of Edison.

Prior to his elected position, Mayor Choi worked on education policy and co-authored the New Jersey Charter School report.

Beyond education, Mayor Choi's has held positions at the US Office of Management and Budget (White House Budget Office), and was a management consultant for Ernst& Young LLP. Mayor Choi graduated from J.P. Stevens High School, earned his BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Columbia University.

At age 34, Mayor Choi enjoys travelling and reading. As a pilot who wanted to become an astronaut before entering public service, he is occasionally seen flying airplanes.
